Therefore, I say this and testify in the Lord. You should no longer walk as the Gentiles walk, in the futility of their thoughts. They are darkened in their understanding and excluded from the life of God. (Ephesians 4:17)
I just love weekly Bible study with my family. Every week, I seem to learn the perfect lesson. The same can be said for this past Sunday. I often speak out loud my worries, frustrations, and concerns vs. speaking at them with the positive message that God provides.
This week, we talked about being born again and not letting our negative minds, which are often controlled by the devil, control the way that we speak. While most of the week that is exactly what I was doing I decided to give this a try again all day Sunday.
Within a matter of a few hours I saw my perspective changing and even saw situations changing for the better. So, let’s ask God to be with our mouths today and every day and speak our Faith in HIM, who loves us no matter our flaws, into existence.
- If you are in need of healing speaking healing words over whatever ails you.
- If you are in need of financial relief. Speak about how God has and always will supply all your need.
- If you are overwhelmed in grief. Speak about how you always have a loving Father who is there for you no matter what. A Father who gave his only begotten Son to bring us into his eternal family. A family what will be reunited in the heavenlies.
- Etc., Etc.
And….If you need a shoulder to lean on, ask God to give you the words to speak a more positive outcome over your life and your circumstances. What are you waiting for? A better life is out there thanks to the Unconditional Love of God and our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ!!
