As the last few days have unfolded, I have wondered if I have spent too much time working and wondering if it was possible to find my way back to my walk with God? I have also wondered if I am on the path that of HIS choosing? After all, not as I will but as you will (Matthew 26:39).
Just as I began praying for his loving guidance, he took me in HIS Unconditionally Loving arms to embrace and assure me that he has and always will guide each of my steps in the direction towards his plan. While I continue to make mistakes and sin along this path, he is always there to catch me when I fall. Even when my Trust waivers, his love is always there.
Isn’t that AMAZING? Even when bad things happen. He is always there. Do you need an example of just how much he loves us even during the storms of life? An accident at a local drug store, which took an elderly woman’s life yesterday, took me back to my Bible asking why things like this are allowed to happen? The fact is, the devil is still a part of this world and will always do everything that he can to turn us away from HIS Love.
One such story is that of Job, who loved and praised God even when the devil tried to turn his head to the left and right after cursing him in every way possible. So, if you are needing a closer walk with the one who loves you more than anyone else say a prayer and ask him to take a closer walk with you today.
