Are you walking down a road right now that you are unsure of where it will lead? Both myself and many of my friends have been in this place lately and if I am being brutally honest it can be a frightening place to be.
That is until we take it to our Heavenly Father. Over the last couple of weeks I have felt God changing some things in my professional life and even in my personal life and I have once again found myself going to the one that loves me the most with questions.
Once again, he had an answer for me. Along with sending me to repeatedly reread the above scripture he also reminded me “that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).”
So, if you are walking down a path and are unsure of where He is taking you. Remember, that HE LOVES YOU more than anyone else ever could and that HIS thoughts are not our thoughts or HIS ways our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9). In other words when you are putting yourself down and repeatedly thinking thoughts like the ones that I have like:
- “I am a failure”
- “I can’t do this”
- “I am ugly”
- Etc.
Remember, that these thoughts and words are not coming from Him. So, change these thoughts by reminding yourself what he says about you.
- “You are a successful child of God”
- “You can do all things through Christ”
- “God saw everything that he had made, and behold, it was very good”
I am praying for each of you reading this and am very sure that He led you here for a reason. So, remember this and have hope knowing that he has you in the palm of his hand.
