God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8).
Those of us in the United States celebrated a wonderful holiday last weekend that allowed each child in this world to remember just how special our earthly Father’s are. While I feel blessed to have a wonderful earthly father, there are those who don’t know their fathers, don’t have a relationship with them or have even been hurt by their biological fathers.
For those who loathe this holiday due to not having a father who is supposed to:
- Love his children
- Supply to his children’s every need
- Hear his children’s cries
- Answer his children’s requests
Remember, that you have a Heavenly Father who loves you unconditionally and will always be there to do all the above and so much more. So, if you decided not to celebrate Father’s Day last Sunday there is always a good time to celebrate a father who will never, ever leave you nor forsake you.
So, today take delight in the best of all father’s who desires to give you all the desires of your heart (Psalm 37:4).
